Can I get a puzzle made from any photo?

Basically yes but the image needs to be clear and and preferably a minimum of 300dpi. Always contact us and we can make it work for you.  

What are “whims”?

These are special pieces designed into the image that make the puzzle more personal. If you are sending a puzzle overseas to a friend from Australia the map of Australia can be set into the image with a kangaroo inside that shape.

Can your puzzles be sent overseas?

Yes, we do ship overseas.

Why are your puzzles a bit more expensive than other companies?

We provide an Australian owned and manufactured product which is of a high quality and using exclusive Australian artists works. You are not simply purchasing a puzzle with no significance it is Australian and a piece of artwork. Some might speculate two things for the price of one.

How long does a puzzle take to make?

All puzzles like artworks vary and it would depend on the waitlist. However a puzzle itself once started from cutting to boxing and labelling takes no more than 2 days. If you have an image ready the sooner we get it the sooner it can be done.
